Non-Refundable Booking Fee
To reserve your wedding day, I require a 30% non-refundable booking fee due immediately upon signing the contract. The remainder is due two weeks after I deliver your wedding photographs to you. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards through PayPal.
If you are no longer in need of my photographic services and decide to cancel the contract, I probably will not be able to book another wedding that day since couples reserve their photographers far in advance of their event. Therefore, the booking fee is non-refundable and will be considered as liquidated damages to the photographer.
